Thank you for the kind words and welcome to our blog!

We love it when we can take what would normally be an ordinary remodel and make it something extraordinary. And, we love it when people notice...especially those in the industry. Thanks again and we look forward to talking with you more about the business!

This is a great looking remodel. I like the design of the tile on the floor. It really makes it standout. Great job.

When times and situations become stressful and uncertain, it is normal for the human race to move back into their comfort zone to make their way through. Customers have, at least temporarily, given up their desire for unnecessary 'wants' and luxury items in favor of 'needs', including basics as you described. Cocooning is a natural extension of these changes as customers pull back into their homes and families for comfort and to reduce stress and anxiety. Home and family are things that can be counted on when little else is making sense.

Hello and thanks for the comment! We completely agree with you that there should be more of an effort to inform contractors of new regulations. While it was widely discussed in the news, etc. that these new regulations were going into effect it was really not very easy to find more detailed information. It would be nice if the State Contractor's Board could somehow contact all licensed contractors and let them know when there are big changes like this. A simple card in the mail or an email would do wonders I believe.

There are many contractors and homeowners out there who are still not aware of these new regulations. This is exactly why we include this type of information in our blog. We hope that by providing this information on there we are able to help other contractors as well as homeowners understand what is required and expected. Thanks again and we look forward to hearing from you again soon!

That's great for the environment. But I feel like there should be more of an effort to let contractors know about these new regulations. Or maybe the contractors should be more aware of their trade.
